"Most persistent pain and limitation has a root cause. Finding it is the work."
MAT is a systematic approach to identifying neuromuscular inhibition — the underlying dysfunction that contributes to chronic pain, movement restriction, and recurring injury. It works alongside physiotherapy, chiropractic, and massage therapy, addressing something those disciplines aren't specifically designed to assess. Many clients arrive having had excellent care elsewhere; MAT picks up where that care left off. The goal is always the same: find the root cause, correct it, and build from there.
"I came to Matt with a herniated disc, in pain every day, on 600mg of Gabapentin and muscle relaxers. After 8 months I am stronger than ever, have shed 25 pounds, and am hooked on my daily workouts."
Every new client starts with a complimentary phone call — usually 5 to 20 minutes. It's a chance to hear what you're dealing with, ask questions, and figure out together whether working together makes sense. No obligation, no pressure. Just a conversation.
Book a complimentary call and tell Matt what you're dealing with. It's the simplest way to find out whether working together makes sense — and it costs nothing.
