If it makes sense to work together, you'll be added to the schedule or the in-person waitlist depending on current availability. The call gives both sides the information needed to make that decision clearly.

What's the current availability?
In-person sessions are currently waitlisted. The complimentary call is the starting point — from there, Matt will give you an honest sense of the current timeline and what to expect.
Do I need to have tried other things first?
Not at all. Some clients come to Matt as a first step; many have tried other approaches. Either way, the call is a chance to hear your situation specifically and figure out the best path forward.
Can my practitioner refer me directly?
Absolutely — and referrals from physiotherapists, chiropractors, RMTs, and other healthcare providers are always welcome. Matt is happy to work as part of a broader care team. Practitioners can reach out directly at matt.verboom@gmail.com.
Is there a waitlist?
Yes — in-person sessions are currently in high demand. The call gives Matt the context to match you to the right opening when it comes, and gives you a realistic sense of timing upfront.
